Treatment or therapy has one goal: to help you feel better. My hope is that I can help you feel better faster than you will on your own.
My approach combines 1) the basics of self-care, 2) a professional perspective on your situation to give support and reasons for hope, and 3) tools like mindfulness to help you halt any contribution your thoughts make to your distress.
While I cannot guarantee your feeling better, I can guarantee I will work hard to help you in any effort you make toward feeling well.
